Terah “Bishop” Woodley II
Terah "Bishop" Woodley II is the founder and lead Supervising Sound Editor / Re-Recording Mixer for Chesspiece Audio. Bishop's passion for audio & sound design started at a young age and led him to become a graduate of Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts. Eight years out of school, he already has 130+ credits to his name with no sign of slowing down.

Joseph De Guzman
Joseph De Guzman is an audio engineer and sound editor who loves to effectively tell stories through Film, TV, and music. He’s been playing and recording music since 2003, but his love for post production developed at The Los Angeles Recording School. Since graduating in 2010, he’s engineered and produced music for multiple independent artists, served as a Front of House mixer for numerous live sound events, and currently works as a dialog editor for TV and Film. He started working with Chesspiece Audio in 2016.

David J. Newman
David Newman is a sound editor and sound effects field recordist who moved from the New York tri-state area to LA in 2018 and he prides himself on creating top-quality sound effects, backgrounds, and clean, natural-sounding dialogue. After graduating from Vassar College as a Film Major with a concentration in Sound Design in 2015, he worked as a production sound mixer, live sound engineer, and sound editor on numerous independent projects in NYC and LA. He started working with Chesspiece Audio in 2019.

Bill Sloyer
Bill Sloyer worked in television production for 15 years before pivoting to post-production sound design. He began his career at MTV News & Docs, working in production management on shows including the MTV Video Music Awards and MTV Cribs, before moving on to freelance for Mac Miller & the Most Dope Family, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Finding Bigfoot. When not designing sound, he enjoys traveling with his wife, playing with their dogs, and biking in the mountains around Los Angeles.

Moises Ignacio Garcia
Moises Ignacio Garcia is a Full Sail University graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Recording Arts. Though his focus is the guitar, Garcia is a man of many instruments –he plays the violin, piano, and bass. He makes music for various mediums, and loves to implement music, sound design, and audio to create a sense of hyperrealism. Being a self taught guitarist at an early age Garcia likes to make music with feeling and by ear. He finds creating audio elements that inspire how one feels that results in them immersing themselves in their imagination fulfilling.
